Healing with Quartz Crystals

In Feng Shui things should flow in such a way the the qi of your living space flows in a healthy direction and manner. Sometimes we pick a spot that is bad for our health and have no choice to stay. If so, there are cures to fix the qi within our bodies. Sometimes our qi becomes blocked due to external influences such circumstances and people's actions towards us.

Hands down the most powerful stone for healing and spiritual growth is the quartz crystal. For those who are new to the new age approach in healing yourself this is a must read article. I'm not a licensed practitioner so I don't take money for curing people and it is rare that anyone can convince me to perform a healing session. But once in a while someone gives me a sob story and I end up pulling out one of these stones and perform what seems to be magic.

First, let's cover the facts. Your brain is the center of your all your bodily functions. So any ailments you experience usually start within your brain, how it perceives the world and trauma affects it. So, if your brain experiences stress, imagine how uncoordinated your body will perform. Your heart beating at an abnormal speed, blood flows at an unhealthy rate. You name it. It then becomes a domino effect with your other organs as well. In Chinese medicine, one organ's over activation means the another has to weaken.

The quartz crystal helps balance this. It focuses your thoughts on a particular area of the body that needs work to either activate it or slow it down. Some believe it's through your chakras that one can fix these problems. From my experience I found that the quartz points can focus your thoughts on the emotional issue thus getting down to the root of the physical problem.

During a healing session while I'm opening my patient's chakras they begin to open up to me. Sometimes we uncover all sorts of weird things like how some people shut down parts of their body to cope with trauma or stress.

For example, a patient of mine hadn't had her period for a year. During therapy she lied there as I circle the quartz point in a clockwise pattern above her chakras. Within a few minutes of idle chit chat she discovered that her stress came about because her boyfriend had tried to control her from flirting with other men by using demeaning control methods. The stress he caused with such ill words shut her down completely so she could no longer in that area function as a normal person or feel proud about her sexuality.

While I was doing this, she freaked out because she felt a cold air being lifted from her root area. By the next day, however, she called me to say she had her period! She was feeling sexy and alive again. She was shocked because her father was an acupuncturist and no western doctor could heal her with their prescription. Was it magic? Did I really open up a chakra? Either way the brain needs a trigger for healing to begin. By opening up, the answer to the root of the stress can be resolved. Once the brain becomes satisfied with the answer it will then continue, having us function properly.

Another patient had failed in his financial area of life. He could not execute on any of his plans and had been in trouble with the law. Poor thing, he was dynamic, smart and quite brave. He just didn't know how to use his bravery for the good. So I decided to fix him by opening his creativity and execution points. I found that his brain was over active and spinning in the wrong direction. This is why he had such bizarre thoughts about how life is and how it should be. Usually mad geniuses are mad because their throat and third eye chakras are spinning fiercely but in the wrong direction.

I told this patient he would feel quite energized the next day and he certainly did not believe me. But he went along anyways to amuseS himself. By next day, however, he called to say he was energized and had a new tone about him. He had figured a way to work within the rules and confines of life to find an investor for his plans. He quit trying to be rebellious and argumentative (for a period) and was able to execute his talents for the good of all. A few months later he got back on his own two feet and was making a whole lot of money again. Was it magic? Or do I know what I'm doing? Either way, his brain had to accept something was wrong and something had to be fixed.

Because of these experiences I've found the quartz to be quite powerful in healing the human mind and body. Anyone who has been through mental shock, through an unlucky amount of trauma, stress and abuse should have this in their healing tool box.
