Healing with Quartz Crystals II

I found it's easier to heal others than yourself, just because there are some areas you can't reach. When utilizing quartz points to heal, the person's thoughts and energy are amplified and focused like a laser beam. Just remember healing starts in the brain.

With that lets, hold up your quartz crystal close your eyes and focus on a color for each chakra while spinning it with the point downwards, clockwise not counterclockwise. Start from the root up to the crown on your front side then the back side. Here's the colors to use for the different chakras:

• Root - Red
• Sacral - Orange
• Solar Plex - Yellow
• Heart - Green
• Throat - Blue
• Forehead - Indigo
• Crown - Purple/White

If you do this therapy with your friend relax, and let them open up to you without fear of being judged. You might discover you friend had being sexually, verbally, physically or emotionally abused by those closest to him/her recently or sometime in the distant pass. You may discover there is a chakra that needs special attention to since they are holding the most tension there. You'll notice that the physical ailment accompanies the emotional ailment.

If they had been jerked by a lover their heart chakra might close and be unable to love, or it might spin in the wrong direction, thus be deviant towards love. This may result in chest pains or an abnormal heart beat. If they had been raped their sexual chakra may close or spin out of control in the wrong direction thus having an unhealthy view of sex for power. I don't know where to begin with the amount of illnesses that can be a result of that. You get the idea.

Your patient/friend might run from you or open up to you. Take whatever they give you as part of the healing process. You will probably have a small window of opportunity for them to be completely honest about everything. This frightens peoples so be prepared.

If you are successful and still have a friend after the therapy it is recommended you imagine a blue cloak of color protecting them. After therapy people become highly sensitive to others and some times can be injured even more. But for a split second, you'll see their saintly side and willingness to forgive. Give it a day or two and you should be noticing a newer more positive friend.

This energy tune up should be done when needed. I wouldn't carry the quartz point everywhere you go because it does open your aura and make you susceptible to irritation and erratic behavior. Too much cleansing can shock your reality. Eventually you will get use to it and can carry it when ever you want.
