How to Order:
1) Use our secure online shopping cart hosted by yahoo to
add and update the quantities.

Terms

We strive for the best customer experience, but we have the
right to refuse service to anyone. Fraudulent orders will
be reported. Please make sure billing address match credit
card info to avoid delays in order.
Shipping:
We ship most orders within 24 hours. Most weekend orders
ship out Monday and arrive within 2 to 4 business days if
in stock. Live plants must be shipped through USPS Priority.
We only ship in the US.
Shipping only is FREE if order is over $50 (for First Class mail) and $75 (for Priority) per shipment.
For example, if you buy twice and each order is less than
$75 you will be charged twice for shipment even if it is in
the same day. Or if you order once and ship to 2 separate
addressed that does not count as one shipment. In order to
fix this the shipment must be combined to one address. (See
below for our on time policy).
Term of Sale and Accepted Payment:
1) Credit Cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We also accept debit or check cards with a visa or master
card symbol. (Please note: your credit card billing address
must be the same as the ship to address.)
2) We also accept Pay Pal. Simply continue shopping until
your done. Near the end of the check out you will have the
option to select Pay Pal as the payment option. We'll send
you an invoice and you can proceed to pay with Pay Pal. Click

3) We do not ship C.O.D.
4) We do not accept checks and money order.
5) Once your Order has been shipped, we cannot make
changes or additions.

We strive to keep our clients happy. All items except live plants are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt
if not completely satisfied. You are required
to return items in their original packaging along with a copy
of the invoice and a return authorization number for returns
or exchanges. Proof is required and is not negotiable. Any
unauthorized returns, special orders, imprinted orders, or
merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny refunds and exchanges if abuse
is suspected or if you chose not to comply with our request.
Shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong Addresses:
Any items returned to us due to wrong address or incomplete
address will be charged for the shipping. The rest will be
refunded.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect
from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order
and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under
any circumstances.
Customer Service
If something is not right the first time we'll do it until
it is or refund you the money.
Shipping on Time
Please help us make this an enjoyable shopping experience
by letting us know ahead of time if you need the item in
an urgent manner. Currently we use USPS Priority for plants to get
items to arrive 2 to 3 days. **However, we have run into
A LOT of problems with their overnight service.*** If the
item is urgent and you need it by an exact date please let
us know so we can ship it out FED EX. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may have cause to any of our valued customers.
Shipping to a Business Address
If the item is being overnight by USPS Express please account
for the possibility of the item being delayed by post office
failure. The item may come on a Saturday and someone will
need to sign for it. If no one is there a mail piece is
usually left for the recipient. It is preferred to ship
to residential addresses since mail is know to get lost
or delayed in big corporations.
Tracking
As for USPS tracking, please understand most of this is
done online so the item in question will not appear until
it is shipped to your address. Usually the item arrives
in 3 to 4 days not counting Sundays and holidays.
Out of Stock Items
To make sure your gift arrives on time, please make sure
to check to see if the item is in stock, especially if it
is a large and important order. please email us at info@fsadvice.com. to find out. If not we will ship what we have
and ship you the rest when we get it or you can get credited.

phone charges. To keep prices competitively low we do not
have someone answering the phones as often as we would like.
