Traditionally Feng Shui bells are used to ring in the sales. Normally they are placed on your front door's door knob to clear the energies coming and it is believed to attrack prosperity. You may notice that a lot of small shops will hang bells by their doors.
On this bell there is a symbol of Kwan Yin and other Chinese Character. It measures 1.25" wide by 2" high and hangs about 11 inches.
For flying star feng shui you can place these in sectors with the #2 #5 for preventative measures and #6 and #1.
